Green parts have been central to our operations since 2017, providing benefits to Europcar Mobility Group, our customers and repairers while reducing our carbon footprint.  

We started trading with Copart and The Green Parts Specialists early in 2024 to manage our salvage vehicles and distribute green parts across the UK and Northern Ireland.

The data and MI provided show that the quality, speed of delivery of our green parts, and supply-and-fit service continue to exceed our expectations. They use their bespoke central parts distribution premises at Skelmersdale and additional locations to fulfil our mechanical supply and fit solutions.

Cycle time reduction is very important to Europcar Mobility Group, our customers, and the repairer network; therefore, technical support, green part availability, speed, and quality are critical to our business. The Supply and Fit service allows us to get our vehicles back on the road as quickly and efficiently as possible reducing our off-road cycle times and helping us to reduce revenue loss.

In addition, categorised salvage returns remain market leading due to the volume, and scale of Copart’s operation and wider auction audience.
